Who handles information
Local Service Studio manages this website and its private request inbox. You can contact the manager using the request form.
Information you submit
We store the selected service, phone number, ZIP, optional name and job details, submission time and your consent to a callback. We use these details to review and discuss your request. Submitting does not authorize automated marketing calls or texts.
Sharing and storage
Website hosting and database providers process data to operate this website. The inbox is restricted to the website owner. Requests are not automatically shared with contractors. Before sharing a request with a provider, we will identify that provider and ask for your agreement. We do not sell the submitted information.
AI phone intake
When you call a listed phone number, an AI assistant powered by ElevenLabs announces recording and transcription and asks whether you agree to continue. You can decline and use the website form. With your agreement, the website manager can review the transcript, recording, request summary and call details to handle inquiries and improve the service. Plivo provides telephone routing and ElevenLabs processes the conversation. Callback permission is requested separately; calling does not authorize marketing or a contractor referral. Transcripts and recordings are retained for up to 180 days.
Traffic and spam protection
We count page views, form starts and submissions using a random browser-session identifier, the page path, device category and broad referral category. We do not store raw IP addresses or full referral URLs. Temporary keyed hashes of request addresses help limit spam and expire within one hour. The session identifier uses browser session storage and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; we do not set advertising cookies.
Retention and your choices
Request records and raw traffic records are removed after 180 days. You may ask to access, correct or delete your request, or withdraw callback consent, by contacting the website manager. Provide your request reference if available. Do not send sensitive identity documents through the form.
