Explain the observed movement
Say whether the system does not move, stops partway, or behaves differently on one side. Mention visible damage and any error message you can read without opening equipment. A symptom is not a diagnosis.
Describe the parking situation
Provide the park/site, working space, and whether the RV will remain parked. Ask the park about outside service access. Tell the technician if the issue prevents normal travel.
Agree on the visit scope
Confirm whether the provider accepts the system, what the initial service call includes, and how parts or further work are quoted. State the departure date, but ask for confirmed availability rather than assuming an urgent request creates an appointment.
Useful first-call details
- RV year/model and known system information
- What moves and what does not
- Park access and space around the RV
- Travel date and whether the issue prevents departure
The provider must confirm whether the work is suitable for a mobile visit.
